This policy describes how Jansnap, LLC (“we”) handles information when merchants install and use Noshi: Japanese Gift Wrap (the “App”) on Shopify.

Who we are

The App is operated by Jansnap, LLC. Contact: contact@jansnap.com.

What we collect

• Merchant session data. After OAuth, we store the shop domain and an offline access token so the embedded admin can load. This is kept in a PostgreSQL database (Neon) used by our hosted App.
• Noshi settings. Gift-wrap types and fees that the merchant configures are stored as Shopify shop metafields, not as customer profiles on our servers.
• Order Noshi selections. When a shopper picks a Noshi style, the choice is saved on the Shopify cart/order (cart attributes, line item properties, and a fee line). We do not copy customer names, emails, addresses, or payment details onto our own servers.

What we do not collect

We do not use the App to store protected customer data on our infrastructure. Shoppers interact with the storefront theme embed; their personal information stays in Shopify’s checkout and orders.

Compliance webhooks

The App subscribes to Shopify’s mandatory privacy webhooks: customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact. We verify the HMAC signature and respond. Because we do not keep customer PII, a data request or erasure of customer records is fulfilled by confirming we hold no such records. A shop/redact request is used to remove that shop’s session from our database after uninstall / shop closure.

Processors

Shopify (App Store, Admin, storefront), Google Cloud Run (embedded admin), Neon (session database), and Cloudflare (this site and webhook receiver) process data to run the App.

Retention

Session tokens are kept while the App is installed. After uninstall, we delete the shop’s session when the uninstall webhook is processed. Order Noshi details remain in the merchant’s Shopify orders unless the merchant deletes those orders.

• のし設定。 種類・料金は Shopify のショップメタフィールドに保存します。
• 注文でのし指定。 お客様が選んだのしは、Shopify のカート／注文の属性・ラインアイテム・料金行に残します。氏名・メール・住所・決済情報を当社サーバーへ複製しません。

取得しない情報

お客様の保護対象個人データを、当社インフラに保管する目的では使いません。個人情報は Shopify のチェックアウトと注文に留まります。

コンプライアンス Webhook

公開アプリ必須の customers/data_request、customers/redact、shop/redact を購読します。HMAC を検証して応答します。顧客 PII を持たないため、開示・削除要請に対しては該当データがないことを前提に処理します。shop/redact では、該当ショップのセッションをデータベースから削除します。

委託先

Shopify、Google Cloud Run（埋め込み管理画面）、Neon（セッション DB）、Cloudflare（本ページおよび Webhook）を利用します。

保管期間

セッションはインストール中保持し、アンインストール後は Webhook 処理時に削除します。注文上ののし指定は、マーチャントが Shopify 上の注文を削除するまでショップ側に残ります。
